Making Rice Milk
What You’ll Need:
- One cup of rice (white or brown will do)
- Salt
- Four cups of water

- Two Medium-sized saucepan
- Strainer or cheesecloth
- Blender
Procedure:
- Prepare the rice by washing it thoroughly and repeatedly. You’ll know the rice is ready when the water you strain from it is clear and not cloudy. Transfer the rice into a saucepan when you’re done washing it.
Add two cups of water, then a dash of salt. Stir in, then put the pan under medium-heat. Allow it to cook for twenty minutes, until you see that the rice has cooked and the water has evaporated.
